Always friendly, efficient, and professional at Big O in Globe, Az.

Service took a while but was able to get brakes done. Waited 3 hrs.

Michael Avalos was great checking me in. There were only 2 out of the 4 tires in stock so he got the other 2 from another location in a timely manner. Octavio Gomez did a wonderful job installing the tires and doing my oil change. Everything was clean and neat and he even gave me new valve stem caps.

This Big O is always professional, quick and service is reasonably priced.

Fast service and took care of my hubcap too!

Emergency breakdown, two blown tires late at night, had to sleep in vehicle. That morning manager Anthony Avalos and his crew went above and beyond the call of duty to get us back on the road. He had tires brought over from Apache Junction. He had his Mrs. take us to a Denny’s so we could get breakfast while we waited for the tires. Just the most friendly and professional people. Customer service is second to none. Highly recommend this store to all the locals, everyone is treated with respect and dignity. Globe, Arizona you should be proud.

Michael Avalos got my car in and took care of getting the right tires that I requested. Anthony Avalos is a great manager he runs the store efficiently and is very kind. I will always buy tires and get my car serviced at our local Big O.

Service very fast

Sean was extremely courteous when I came for an inspection. Valerie was awesome helping me find new tires, price and order within an hour and get them installed the next day.
