Normally when I have had a nail on the edge of the tire I have had to purchase a new tire. Your guys not only were able to fix the problem but there was no charge. They were friendly and honest and great service. Thank you!

I had an Interstate battery that suddenly failed and wanted to have it replaced under warranty. I showed the battery and my original sales slip and just said, "I want to see about getting a replacement for this battery." They checked that the battery matched the sales slip and with no other questions asked, brought out a new battery and filled out the paperwork. I was probably out the door within 10 minutes.

Told me about a problem my Dealership had told me of earlier. Quote for fix as considerably lower. Have only had vehicle back 2 days, but repairs definately made ride better.

The girl working at the desk was very friendly, very helpful. She walked out and looked at my tire with me. She was very upbeat and seemed as if she genuinely cared.

Sarah is a gem! You struck gold with that one. I called and checked on my online appointment to clarify some items. She is very friendly and courteous on the phone, but a much better servant in person! The price was negotiated to accommodate both the manager and I. It is a truly wonderful business. Yes, I do recommend this location to others.
