I picked up a screw in a tire that was losing air pressure. It was late in the day, I didn't expect them to get to the repair on that day, but they got my vehicle in almost immediately and began the flat tire repair. Because the tire brand was Big O tires, there was no charge, but I tipped the service tech anyway. Greatly appreciate the service I have received at this location. Thank you!

It was my wife who brought the vehicle in for a power steering pump replacement. When a part wasn't available locally, a driver was sent to the next town for the part. My wife was very pleased with how she was treated. I purchased all four of the tires on the car and I'll return for my next set.

got new brake pads/rotors; they work. where this facility excelled, in my opinion, was performing a check and tightenon the scooter carrier on my jeep. i'm very impressed that this service was provided and at no cost. truly exemplary customer service.

My granddaughter was going back to NAU and went out to her car and saw she had a flat tire, so I called to see how busy Big O was and they said they could get her in. So I sent her up to have it repaired. They told her it would be an hour wait. They called a little later and said they could not repair it and offered to put a new tire on for her. She couldn't afford a new tire and I wanted to see if we had a warranty from the place we purchased her tires.. I asked that they put her spare on and check the other tires for her which they agreed to. She went to pick it up and they did all this at no charge!!!! That is huge to me and that is why I always go to Big O Tires first!!! GREAT STAFF!! Thank you for always taking care of me and all my cars!!

There are always unforseen problems w/ vehicles (esp as old as mind.) Tom & Jake handled the changes well, kept me informed & did not make me feel like I was unnecessarily being up-sold. They were honest & more than fair. We'll continue to pass other Big O locations to get to this one.
