Charlie and Big O have always taken care of us, but this was even more amazing. My mom is 81 and my dad passed away a little over a year and a half ago. My mom is doing some things on her own for the first time without my dad. Pete and Jeremy were incredible! Pete had Jeremy go to my mom's home and jump her dead battery, had her follow him to the shop, ordered a new battery and stayed late to install it! Thank you Pete for arranging this. Thank you Jeremy for the labor. It's so good to know that the employees at this Big O are both skilled and compassionate!! Way to go team!!

This was my first visit to Big-O. My check engine light came on. My former mechanic close, so I tried Big-O since my daughter has been very pleased with them at another location. I was told I could bring my car in immediately. Without a quarter hour, the diagnosis had been done. Some minor work on the fuel jets was required. An hour later I left with my ten year old car in perfect working order - at a very fair price. I will be using this Big-O in the future.
