The Big O staf is always very friendly and helpful.

This was my first visit to Big-O. My check engine light came on. My former mechanic close, so I tried Big-O since my daughter has been very pleased with them at another location. I was told I could bring my car in immediately. Without a quarter hour, the diagnosis had been done. Some minor work on the fuel jets was required. An hour later I left with my ten year old car in perfect working order - at a very fair price. I will be using this Big-O in the future.

Greg was the individual that I spoke to on my tires. I have been coming to this location for over 10 years. Greg and Charlie have always been very helpful and professional. Greg looked at my tires and did not even hesitate there was a defect on 2 of my tires. We looked at inventory and none that day available. I made an appointment for the next day 7:30 a.m. When I had the tires put on they put them on the back- my car is front wheel drive - I was a little confused but I went with what they did. Greg suggested an alignment so did that and was done in an hour and a half. Greg also sent me a sheet of other items of repair needed. So far all has been good form me at this location. Customer Service is so important in our world today, and when you feel important and respected which Greg and Charlie have always made me feel that is why I return. I am a loyal person, not always asking for a better price but confidence that when I buy something what is important is how things go after the purchase really shows how good the company is that I deal with.

I went in with a flat tire problem. So I wanted to see how much it would be. I was then informed my tire was too old and it couldn’t be fixed rather it needed to be replaced. So I got them fixed. I paid 50$ up front and I have a payment plan to pay it all off.
