Big O Tires

I've been to Big O twice this past month. I discovered a bubble in one tire and Big O confirmed this was not safe to drive on.Within the hour, I was driving safely on my 150 mile commute. The second time was a couple of days ago when I stopped in to chat about car starting issues.They confirmed I needed a new battery and within a half hour I was on the road again.I'd hardly had a chance to start reading my book.

I am always surprised how quickly I get in and out. Better that the other shops in the area.

This is the best place in town - wish they did clutches and transmissions but are always good for a referral.

Great job by Big O In Sedona

Over the last several years I have bought two sets of tires, had a tire repaired, and brought one of my two cars in to have the brakes checked. There has never been an instance in which I have not been fully satisfied. The staff knows what they are doing and work hard. The grease on the hands reassures me that this is a place where they say what they will do and do well what they say. In summary Big O Sedona is honest, competent, and trustworthy.

I've been to many facilities for an oil change and rotation. I was in and out is just over 30 minutes. Beats everyone else hands down. (One place took an hour and 15 minutes, seriously?) I'll keep going back to Phil with both cars.

Just what the title says. I called one day prior, left my vehicle off and was tested an hour later that the car was ready.

Went to Sedona location and received prompt and courteous service. As always.
