Excellent service, dropped me off at home & picked me up when car was ready.Floyd & team are 1st rate.

I went in at 7:15 AM for 4 tires, an oil change and an alignment. Everything was done in about an hour and a half. Very happy.

Top notch service every time!

We are from out of town, traveling in a van and got a nail in the rear passenger tire. Upon noticing it, we called Phil of Big O and he said just to bring it in and He’ll work us in. Service man had to tire off and fixed with a plug in very little time. Explained the type and quality of the plug. Very fair on price.

Good friendly service. Ordered 4 Bridgestone run flats on Monday and mounted on Tuesday afternoon. the original equipment tires on my BMW were Continental which did not wear very well. I feel Bridgestone is a better wearing tire.

I was highly satisfied because the staff was very efficient and knowledgeable and friendly and professional. I have been coming back to this shop since 2005 and have always been impressed with their customer service and their work. A big thank you to Big O Tires quality products and staff!
