Big O Tires

I stopped in to ask when I could get tires rotated and they told me right now if I have the time. They were done in about 15 minutes. Great!!!

I ordered tires one day and they were installed the next day. The price was as expected. Don't have many miles on the tires yet, but they ride better than the last ones.

They always take care of my car needs quickly and efficiently. I had to replace two tires and everything went great. When I got a flat the next day they immediately fixed it.

Phil and Floyd were wonderful last week when my daughter took her car in. They were very honest with her as they told her that her tires were still great just needed alignment, rotation and balancing. I totally appreciated their honesty.

Last week I went to Big O for new brakes, front and back, after the closest Toyota dealership told me I needed new brakes all around. Big O is much closer and its quote for the brake job was significantly lower than Toyota's, so I went to Big O. When I paid the bill, I noticed the invoice indicated only the front brakes were done. When I asked why, I was told, "You don't need brakes on the back. You have at least another 20,000 miles remaining on them, and I don't want to sell you something you don't need." We purchased 4 new tires a year ago and have had the tires rotated every 5000 miles.Each time has been a very pleasant experience.Floyd and his crew are most accommodating and performed the service quickly.We recently discovered a nail in one of the tires.It was too close to the wall and could not be repaired so we had to get a new tire.He did not have that tire in stock but ordered it and it was in by 10:00 am the following day.Floyd called to tell us it was in, we went to the garage and it was replaced very quickly.They have always treated us like a valued customer.We recommend them with the highest regard.
