Big O Tires

I went in with an AC issue that i thought was going to be an expensive repair. Thought it was compressor. Counter installed another part which fixed the problem for less than $30. What a refreshing change from the dealerships or big name shops.

I have been coming here for 9 years and this is the only place that I trust with my vehicle. I cannot say enough good things about the folks that are employed here or the quality of the work. Thank you!

I lost a hubcap shortly after I purchased new tires. They not only replaced the one I lost, but all of them so that they would match. No hassle - no questions asked. I was overwhelmed with their customer service and would highly recommend this location.

The workers were very friendly. management was honest ,knowledgeable with my car. Look over my car and told me what needs repair , explained to me , fully. I will be back to get more work done as needed.

I have a 2003 Mercury Grand Marquis and this is the only place it has been serviced in all those years. I have never walked away disappointed in the service or treatment by anyone of the crew or management there. I would have been singing their praises for years online, except my son just told me today how to do it because I was telling him how wonderful they all are. I recommend them not just for good work done, but because they are honest and can be trusted. Thanks to you all!

This is the 3rd time I have gone to this Big O Tire and I am VERY glad I did.they are very nice, fast, and keep you informed on everything. They are up on the latest and give you the best way to do things without breaking the bank. I even took my grandsons car there. I live 5min from another big o but drive 30 mins to this one because I trust them.

Just got a new set of tires. Very happy with them. Bruce done a very good job offering the tires I was looking for. They are honest and will only do what is needed to be done on your car. I was also offered a ride home so I would not have to set & wait. Driver was very friendly. I feel very comfortable having work done there.

Had new Cooper tires installed before I left for AZ . Today my tire light came on . Went to Big O tire asked them to check my right rear tire. They were swamped with work . But they worked me in anyway . No charge . Great experience . Great people.

We were at your store about 3 weeks ago. I was very nervous about having my car repaired because I had no idea what was wrong with it. The moment my wife and I walked thru the door Bruce put us at ease. He explained the process of what needed to be done and exactly how much it was going to cost.
