Big O Tires

12/17/2019. Chris and crew were thorough and efficient. Thought I might need front brakes replaced on my Toyota Tundra. After complete inspection of front and back brakes I was pleasantly informed I had plenty of both front pads and rear shoes to continue driving safely for sometime yet. Rotors and drums were in good condition. I requested that they also check all four shocks before removing my pickup from the lift and was informed that they looked fine. Always good to know your vehicle is safe to drive. Couldn't spend any money with Cottonwood Big O today but will certainly return when I do need to replace brakes in a year or so. Will be back sooner for rotation, tire balance, alignment checkup and oil changes. Thanks to the crew at Big O. Service at reasonable rates when you need it and peace of mind when your vehicle needs nothing.

Every time I go to Big O Tires in Cottonwood. Chris and John are always extremely friendly and helpful. The service is exceptional and they are honest. I would highly recommend this store to anyone.

We were told our shocks were bad from another big o we brought our vehicle here and they called and told us the shocks were fine have never had this happen they could of changed them and charged us 400 dollars but didn't, very honest place.

Bought my lincoln Truck used. I ended up a few months later needing a battery that should have been under warranty. But the Stamp was missing. So the manager went ahead gave me a new battery half price! I was very grateful he honored the Battery and took me right in and took care of things. Thank you for your kindness. Roxy

The staff was very friendly. I even got internet access so I could work while waiting. There were enough chairs to create space between customers. The location was warm.

Had an appointment for an oil change and when we got there one guy said have a seat and we will be with you in a minute. Another guy came in and said write down your name. It's going to be about an hour and a half before we get to you. Told him we had an appointment and he said "�well we are busy and we are here to sell tires not to do oil changes'. Seriously!!! We actually were going to purchase four new tires but not after that rude remark. We left

John and Chris were extremely helpful in scheduling my appointment and during the service. Over the phone we were able to make a same day appointment on short notice. When I came in my car was pulled in within 10 minutes and the 4-wheel alignment took under an hour to complete. This shop was fast and charged me a great price. Excellent value and friendly employees!

Buy local, what a joke! Went to have some tires remounted. Sometimes it was free, then went to $5.00, then it was $10.00. Took it in today, gave them $10 and the head guy came running out and said it was $20. Proceeded to gat into a verbal altercation and he was combative, aggressive, and said that I don't buy "anything big" from him. Told me to go somewhere else. I have had many vehicles worked on there over the 35 years we have lived here and never any trouble as long as you don't get the owner/whatever his title is. I will alert all of our friends, family, and others, that they should watch out what you are charged and get it in writing! Better yet, use another business
