Big O Tires

I have frequented this Big O location since the mid 80's. I have never been dissatisfied with the service. Until this visit I was unaware that you did oil changes. The service was timely and the interaction with staff was pleasant. I have come to trust the thoroughness of your services.

Mike was able to get me in theu were able to decifer the warning light and fix the problem

Went in for a slow leak, discovered it was uneepairable. It was fast and free! Didn't get a new tire from them, only because I have an existing warranty from the dealership.

They called me up for the wrong vehicle, but it was straightened out quickly.

I was a walk-in customer (flat tire) and still they took the time to call around to find the right tire and then the gentleman drove over to the other store to get it. The shop is always efficient and friendly, and I walk out every time as a happy customer. This store is amazing. The employees are great! Do what you need to keep these people. If I ran a shop I'd do my best to poach them.

From the moment I walked in the door and handed the technician/mechanic my car keys the staff was professional and kind! Every time I visit the Wilmot store I am left with a clear explanation of my auto experience; what service my car may need and my options to take care of it. I never feel pressured or anything. I will keep my business there as long as this continues to be my experience. I bring all of my families cars there and pass the word along to everyone I know that they should go there too!
