Big O Tires

It's nice to get affordable quality tires, other than that the service was relatively slow and uniformed.

all employees are friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that they forgot to put a new oil change sticker on windshield, other wise good job.

I had my car serviced there in March and I think they do Great work.

Always a great experience!

I was told the wait was 1 1/2 hrs. and was done in 1 hrs, thanksfully.

You guys are quick and fast.

The service was as I expected and they offered a useful service that I thought would be good. And a new air filter for the engine!

Went Tuesday am early and got very lucky!No wait which is very unusual.

We have bought several sets of tires from Big O and when I hit a curb I took it in to have the alignment checked they said it was ok and did not charge me. We always take our vehicles there to have them change our oil & rotate the tires. Service is always good.

The only tire supplier we trust in Green Valley.Friendly, like they know us.

I have used Big O for the last 15 years which is when I moved to Green Valley. They have always treated me very well and I trust what they tell me. I hav erecommended you company to my friends.

As always, Jose remembers you and your vehicle's history. It's scary, but in a good way. And he presents a variety of options, but doesn't try and pressure you into a specific one. Instead, he explains the differences, the pluses and minuses of each, and when asked, gives his opinion with an explanation. You can tell that he wants you to be happy, but also safe on the roads. He and the crew take very good care of you.

Great service and good price on an oil change. Shop is older but gets the job done!!

I was checked in and told how about how long it might6 take to be helped. When service was done they gave me friendly hand shake and told me have a GEAT DAY. They were very friendly.

Sorry Mike but after 20+ years of going to Big O for oil changes and tires, I am not sure if I will be coming back. The oil change was fine. I was called to check out the tires and Kayla (I think) showed me the wear on the tires. I said no problem, I bought the tires from Big O (your store) and they should be under warranty. She said that it was an alignment issue and that the warranty did not cover that. I then said, I come here practically every time for an oil change and rotation of tires, shouldn't you guys let me know if there is an alignment issue? Jose then came into the conversation and said no, alignment could go at any time. I said, yes but should the tires show this amount of wear after less than 3 months of being out of alignment? They said that it did not matter because the alignment was off (I am not even sure of this because I do not know what perfect alignment looks like.. I was not happy with his explanation and I said, "then why do people even buy the warranty or your tires because no matter what, you will just claim "alignment issue" Jose then raised his voice a little and answered something that I do not remember. Needless to say that I was/am very unhappy and am probably going to look elsewhere for both tires and oil change service in the future. I also told my brothers of the negative experience.

As always, Jose and the gang did a thorough job, and always let me know that they appreciate the business. Good guys! I continue to recommend them to my friends.

what a bunch of bumbling idiots! came in with pulsating feel in steering wheel, did nothing but take off all wheels, looked at rotors, never put a micrometer or caliper on the rotors,put the wheels back on and lowered the car.When I asked what they found there was only the statement that they were only asked to look. this wasted their time and mine. mean while the manager was gone. Is this a way to run a repair shop? I have told many people to use your shop because the service was really good, but no more. you have a real problem with your staff!

I usually bring in two different vehicles for oil changes and new tires. They used to be awful. Don't know if they don't like women but they have not been very nice. Once you got their attention it was ok. I didn't feel that this time!
