They handled our tire problem promptly. Called as soon as they were doneand had car straightened back up and ready t goThe fee was a pleasant surprise.

Always friendly even when slammed with customers. Wife been going there on/off for over 38 years. Keep you up to date if any issues and what is needed before doing it first.

My experience was fantastic I

We always have a great experience with Big O in Green Valley. This is our go-to for our fleet of business pickup trucks. Thank you for always being reliable and trustworthy Mike!

The only thing that bothered me was that I had an appointment for 9, am the job wasn't started for 10 or so minutes after 9. The mechanic was finishing up some thing else. When you get old and come from the New England ones patience gets short. However they checked the front end and it needed a re-due for alignment. But I had done one less then a year ago so that was free. You don't get that in New England. Changed my oil. But the best thing was that they didn't bring out wiper blades, or cabin filters and say I needed this. Pretty honest. Great job.

Daniel in Green Valley was a huge help in dealing with our very unique issue. He was patient and easy to communicate with. He made sure our needs were met and followed through on all of our requests. We were very happy with his service. Although we would have preferred to schedule an appointment online, the walk-in service worked well too.

They got on my car and got the problem corrected and on my way. They had hot coffee to drink or sodas in the machine. The waiting room was clean.
