Guys are great and honest

Purchased four new tires and had them installed. Pretty standard. WhT impressed me is the inspection of all the vehicles major parts. The employees found an issue with the brakes. I will need new brake shoes, but not immediately. They did not try and sell me something that I did not currently need. Now that is impressive. I will not go anywhere else.

At the time of my visit and subsequent service the store seemed very busy, but the staff did a good job of helping everyone there.

Had an oil change and a tire rotation this week and as usual it was done in a timely fashion & and the customer service was superior.

I have used Big O tires in Green Valley/Sahuarita for over 30 years, they not only take care of my tire needs but that of my entire family. (Parents, Sister, 3 kids and extended family). The team always goes above and beyond to take care of us.

Needed a new set of tires & we got a great price & they had them the next day. Alignment & balanced in a few hours. Good work.

I was in to get my car worked on basic oil change and tires looked at. They got me set and was taken care of very quickly.

I purchased a set of tires, an oil change, and had a 4 wheel alignment performed. As always, Jose and the crew did an excellent job all the way through. The store was pretty busy, but Jose kept me advised of progress, and the guys got me on my way in a reasonable amount of time. I trust Jose and the crew, and, time after time they come through.
