As always, the folks at Big-O got the job done the right way, in a reasonable interval, keep me advised of my car's service needs, and always let me know that my business is important to them. Can't beat that.

I am always treated with respect and kindness when I visit this shop.They have rotated my tires, put air in one of my tires on my golf cart and even helped when I needed the gallon of windshield poured into the unit under the hood..They are very nice and friendly and helpful to the older ladies of this Green Valley area.I amglad they are here.Thank you. I had purchased four new tires for my Jeep Grand Cherokee last year and was very impressed with their service. I had a major problem with my motor home's inside dual tire a couple of days ago. The 6" metal valve extension had broken while I was trying to check the air pressure. In a panic, I called Jose Nunez, the Manager and explained my problem/emergency. Without hesitation he told me to bring it in. The shop was very busy with people waiting. He told me what was needed so I went to a nearby parts store. They did not have the part so he told me where to go to in Tucson, the Wheel Equipment Inc. I brought the part back. He had removed the outer wheel and was ready to install the new 6" metal valve extension for the inner wheel. He then replaced the outer wheel and aired up all the tires which I was trying to do when this problem occurred. I cannot adequately express my heartfelt gratitude that I have for Jose and his staff that relieved my major anxiety and stress caused by the broken valve extension. I was afraid to drive my 45' motorhome without knowing if I had the appropriate air pressure. Jose is an excellent example of an outstanding Manager/employee of Big O Tires.

I thought the service would take a couple of hours but was pleasantly surprised when they were done in half that time. They were very nice and polite and easy to deal with.

It was a little bit of a wait but saw some old friends and talked till my turn. The service was quick and had everything done. Hope to use them again soon.

Mike, Your team (Gordon, Juan, and others) have always done an excellent job whatever the need was from new tires,oil changes, alignment, or simply recommendations for service and I never go to any other location for service. How do I focus on the quality of an oil change..the last service you provided. It was done accurately and it didn't leak.

The Green Valley, AZ Big O Tires has to be one of my favorites. They're friendly, considerate and helpful. I love that it is routine for them to check all of my vehicle's fluids as part of my oil change and that they do not charge to top them off.

The people at Big O did a great job getting a hold of the tires I need and changing them out in a timely and convenient manner.

I've been a customer for 10 years because the personnel, prices and service are excellent! Mike, Jose, Dustin, and the whole crew do a great job and always let me know that I am a valued customer. The store is the first place I take my cars for service, and I plan to keep it that way. Wish there were more business in the area like these guys! Ray

My experience was "OUTSTANDING"I arrived on time for my appointment. My car was put into the bay immediately.The service I requested was handled in a professional manner.Within a half hour I was on my way completely satisfied.Your crew is professional and courteous.

Big O staff gave me excellent advice on buying tires. I shopped online and had to return 2 purchases; the 1st return did not match my other tires; the 2nd return was a used, blown-out tire. Thank goodness they checked my purchases. I trust these guys.

I felt like I got my momeys worth for the services. They were also done in a timely fashion.

I am very pleased with the service, the cleanliness - I feel secure that I don't need to worry about my car until the next service is due. Being a single female, I need to be able to trust that the work is done as it shold be and my car is taken care of.
