Big O Tires

I usually bring in two different vehicles for oil changes and new tires. They used to be awful. Don't know if they don't like women but they have not been very nice. Once you got their attention it was ok. I didn't feel that this time!

I've been a customer for 10 years because the personnel, prices and service are excellent! Mike, Jose, Dustin, and the whole crew do a great job and always let me know that I am a valued customer. The fellows here do a very good job. The oil changes are quick and the tires I bought nearly 3 years ago are still getting the job done. This location is very reliable and the folks are friendly.

My experience was "OUTSTANDING"I arrived on time for my appointment. My car was put into the bay immediately.The service I requested was handled in a professional manner.Within a half hour I was on my way completely satisfied.Your crew is professional and courteous.

They took my car and did the oil change and rotated the tires. The service was quick. They always check all my fluids and refill any that are low.

I felt like I got my momeys worth for the services. They were also done in a timely fashion.

I shopped Costco, Sam's Club and Discount Tire before buying my tires and having my vehicle serviced at Big-O. Although Big-O was not the lowest priced tire deal, I chose them because of the trust factor. I know that Jose, Dustin, and the whole crew are going to sell me what I need at a good price, and that they do high quality work every time. I'm taking the vehicle on a 1500 mile vacation, and I'm confident it will perform at its best due to the work done at Big-O. This all may sound "corny" to some, but its not, the trust factor is the reason I keep coming back and why I recommend the place to others. Keep it up dudes!

I am very pleased with the service, the cleanliness - I feel secure that I don't need to worry about my car until the next service is due. Being a single female, I need to be able to trust that the work is done as it shold be and my car is taken care of.
