Big O Tires

I purchased a set of tires, an oil change, and had a 4 wheel alignment performed. As always, Jose and the crew did an excellent job all the way through. The store was pretty busy, but Jose kept me advised of progress, and the guys got me on my way in a reasonable amount of time. I trust Jose and the crew, and, time after time they come through. all employees are friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that they forgot to put a new oil change sticker on windshield, other wise good job.

My experience was fantastic I

Always a great experience!

The only thing that bothered me was that I had an appointment for 9, am the job wasn't started for 10 or so minutes after 9. The mechanic was finishing up some thing else. When you get old and come from the New England ones patience gets short. However they checked the front end and it needed a re-due for alignment. But I had done one less then a year ago so that was free. You don't get that in New England. Changed my oil. But the best thing was that they didn't bring out wiper blades, or cabin filters and say I needed this. Pretty honest. Great job.

They got on my car and got the problem corrected and on my way. They had hot coffee to drink or sodas in the machine. The waiting room was clean.

We have bought several sets of tires from Big O and when I hit a curb I took it in to have the alignment checked they said it was ok and did not charge me. We always take our vehicles there to have them change our oil & rotate the tires. Service is always good.

I have used Big O for the last 15 years which is when I moved to Green Valley. They have always treated me very well and I trust what they tell me. I hav erecommended you company to my friends.

Excellent service and experience

As always, Jose remembers you and your vehicle's history. It's scary, but in a good way. And he presents a variety of options, but doesn't try and pressure you into a specific one. Instead, he explains the differences, the pluses and minuses of each, and when asked, gives his opinion with an explanation. You can tell that he wants you to be happy, but also safe on the roads. He and the crew take very good care of you.

We use them every time we need an oil change or tires. They are timely, and straight talking. I use the coupons from the mail. Great deal.

I was checked in and told how about how long it might6 take to be helped. When service was done they gave me friendly hand shake and told me have a GEAT DAY. They were very friendly.
