Big O Tires

Hi Mike. Not sure if you get these messages or not but I want to let you know about my experience at your store this morning. I brought in a tire to be repaired and was later told that because it is 6 years old the manufacturer (Michelin) would not allow repairs. When I returned with paperwork showing a purchase date of 8/13/13 at another Big O store, I was then told that there was a hairline crack and that was then the reason it couldn't be repaired. And Jose continued to assert that the tire was 6 years old. So, that would then be a Big O failure in selling a set of tires already at least 18 months old, leaving me shortchanged. I was told I could call you and discuss and that I could also contact Michelin to obtain authorization to repair. I don't see why the burden falls to me to investigate an issue with Michelin and Big O. I've brought my vehicles to your store for over 4 years with great results and recommended your shop frequently until now. I understand there are limitations but I didn't get the sense that Jose was there to help. That's contrary to all of my experiences with you and very disappointing. Until now I've always been treated well. I can't pursue this for a couple of days, so if you want to help with this, there's still an opportunity. Otherwise, I guess I'll join the crowd that drives to Tucson for services. Thanks.

Tire rotation and oil change for $30....can't beat that!

I had a flat and needed new tires and they took me in quickly and replaced my old tires and fixed my flat very quickly.

The fellows here do a very good job. The oil changes are quick and the tires I bought nearly 3 years ago are still getting the job done. This location is very reliable and the folks are friendly.

They took my car and did the oil change and rotated the tires. The service was quick. They always check all my fluids and refill any that are low.

I shopped Costco, Sam's Club and Discount Tire before buying my tires and having my vehicle serviced at Big-O. Although Big-O was not the lowest priced tire deal, I chose them because of the trust factor. I know that Jose, Dustin, and the whole crew are going to sell me what I need at a good price, and that they do high quality work every time. I'm taking the vehicle on a 1500 mile vacation, and I'm confident it will perform at its best due to the work done at Big-O. This all may sound "corny" to some, but its not, the trust factor is the reason I keep coming back and why I recommend the place to others. Keep it up dudes!
