It was very obvious that customer satisfaction is number one at this store. After I verified the service to be done during my visit, I was continually updated with the progress of replacing tires, front shocks, and rear brakes. I received detailed updates from Kyle and it was obvious that he had a high level of expertise in automotive products. I was very pleased with the time to completion as well as the services that were provided. I especially appreciated that the brake dust was cleaned off all four rims during tire replacement. This is something that was not expected and just shows the level of service delivery by Kyle and his staff of mechanics. Thank you Kyle. We have another auto that will pay a visit to your store as needed.

Unfortunately it was raining that morning, but I had scheduled the morning off to get tires on my RV. The tech never complained about switching out the tires in the drizzling rain. I really appreciated the positive attitude he displayed while working in the less than ideal conditions.

Luke Barnett was especially helpful but all of the employees were friendly and helpful. We had a flat on the interstate and had a sports car with an usual tire. The shop located the tire, they had it delivered to their shop and promptly got the tire changed and we were on our way. It was a very stressful day for us. We had to be towed to the store. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Quick and responsive on my tire issues.

No reservation. Walked in. Taylor met me with a smilewhile i stated how busy they seemed. Just needed a patched tire, and I expected a super long wait. He quoted 45 min and wow, 45 minutes later they were done. He inquired about an oil change, but i declined for time being. Really impressed that my job got done with a packed lobby.

The salesmen at the desk were very transparent and honest about any additional work that needed to be done and asked my permission to do so. Everyone that I dealt with was also very kind and polite.

We bought 2 tires from Big O in Springdale AR 4 months ago. On a trip through Little Rock we had a flat tire due to a large piece of metal causing severe tire damage. We went online and found the Big O in Conway (to match tires) and drove there. We were professionally greeted at the car and quickly got our tire examined, removed and replaced. The service man contacted the Springdale store and confirmed the recent purchase and determined the tire was under warranty which was a pleasant surprise. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes. Great job by the Conway Big O people, they re-earned my business!!
