Big O Tires

Nothing but great things to say about this place! On our way home pulling a large camper and gator and had a blow out. Pulled into Big O and they took excellent care of us. Their customer service is top notch and Kyle and his crew went above and beyond to help us. Ended up replacing all 6 tires on our truck with American made Big O tires. We plan to use them for all our future tire needs .. even though they are over 2 hrs from us .. it will be worth the time to use them. Cannot thank them enough for getting us, our 3 grandkids and family dog back on the road!! You won't regret doing business with them! 5+ stars!!

It was easy to check-in at the front desk. I feel like I waited a reasonable amount of time in the lobby when taking into consideration the services that I requested for my vehicle.

My husband and I were traveling through and our Duramax lost power we made it to Big O Tire and we are so glad we did! They found the problem, got parts, and repaired it all on a Friday evening. This place is the real deal! Good honest working people! Thank you so very much! The Antley's.

My visit started out as a $700 buy-new-tires day and ended up a $2700 get-everything-fixed day but, in the end, my old work truck now drives like a dream and will probably last another 10 years so it was worth it. Good job, guys! Well done - even if I am broke now.

They did what I asked for at a price we agreed on. They also agreed to do what I asked them to while they were doing the job. They also Tex me around every month to see if I need anything. That is customer service!

Very good service, quick and professional

I took my wife’s car in for a flat tire. Josh got me in right away and fixed the tire. The business is clean and the team is professional and courteous.

Staff was enjoyable to communicate with and the service was great. I got an alignment and new tires. Car feels great.

My vehicle had a blown tire and I was stranded off site. Two very courteous and helpful employees came to the convenience store, took off my tire, put a new tire on at the shop, and came back to my location to put on the new tire. Fantastic service far above the norm!!

Great home town feeling in a big chain store

I had a dead battery and I live in Morrilton. I called Big O to make sure they have a battery in stock for my truck. They did so I drove to Conway and they checked my battery to find that it wouldn't hold a charge. So without ever getting out of my truck they put in the new battery and I was on my way. Thanks.

We love big o tires in conway. We would never go any where else. We drive a hour just to have both my van and my husband's truck serviced. Great people.

Great customer service!

I had a vibration in my vehicle around 75 mph so I had my tires balanced. They had just been rotated and balanced from the place I purchased them about 2000 miles ago but didn't feel right so I got Big-O tires to balance them to see if it would make a difference. It did. They told me three tires were out of balance. My vehicle (2004 Tahoe) rode much smoother on the freeway and no vibration. They also checked the alignment at no charge and said it was OK. They did not try to sell me something I didn't need. I would recommend this tire shop.

These guys are very courteous. They explained everything they did for me and took care of my truck as soon as they could get to it.
