Big O Tires

I Had gotten off work to a tire that was just about on a flat and was able to make it to get air in it but knew that it would need to be repaired before morning it was already after 5:30p. When I drove by and saw that they were still opened I pulled right in and they were friendly, helpful and prompt. Awesome!

The employees were knowledgeable, and competent.

Kyle and staff are very accommodating and willing to do that extra little bit, whatever that may be, to make sure you are well taken care of and have a great experience. The pricing is competitive and the facility is very nice and organized, which I feel is indicative of the level of service they provide. We have a fleet of trucks on the road, and have peace of mind knowing we have a trusted resource to turn to any time we have a need.

Tires came with warranty and rotation. They jumped on it with no questions asked

First being a female, I am always skeptical about taking my vehicle to be serviced alone. I was pleased with this visit because the staff was very helpful and explained the service I needed for my vehicle. The price was reasonable, and the wait time was good. Also they checked on another part I may need for my car. Very pleased with this visit. Will definitely return!

Just a great place!

Very friendly, very professional, and very knowledgable. I went in for two tires and an alignment. The technician discovered I needed another part. They had the part in stock and had me out the door in a short time.

The service was good. I had a little wait but I was a walk-in so no complaints. The value was reasonable but I can't speak on the quality yet.

I think he was the owner/manager, but he and his wife helped me with everything that I needed and were very professional. I went back a couple weeks later with a bad tire sue to a screw in the sidewall and was taken care of very fast and very professionally.

The representatives at Big O Tires in Conway were very friendly upon arrival. Prior to the appointment, they encouraged me to come in without an appointment as they provide services on a first come first serve basis. Expectations were clearly outlined, before, during and after my visit so there was no guessing about next steps. The guys were courteous and kind, explored all options, including financial options if I was not able to pay the full balance. I give this location 2 thumbs up. I will definitely be coming back for any future vehicle repair issues. Thanks guys!

After taking my vehicle to another shop in town, I decided to give Big O a go. The staff was knowledgeable, professional, quick, and was able to remedy my issue. I have already taken my sons vehicle to Big O for a repair, and will drop my daughters vehicle off tomorrow. I've found my new shop!
