My experience was great! Super friendly staff, they did a great a great job checking over ly car and suggested things to me. Everything was reasonably priced.

Went above what they had to do for me. Picked my truck up and brought it back. Few day later they did the same to try and diagnose a sound that developed. Will definitely buy tires here in the future.

They were very accommodating. Listened to my problem. They serviced me promptly. I needed a tire looked at and repaired. They also found the wheel was bent out of shape. They told me about the problem and tried to pound out the misshape. Please note my wheel has been bent out of shape for at least 3 years. I have my tires rotated on a regular bases and all the different service places I took my car they all reported the bend of my wheel to me but no one offered to try to straighten the wheel. Big O Tire is the first place that offered the do something about a simple problem. Thank you.

Good people fast and easy

Excellent service, knowledgeable, got the service work completed quickly, can't brag enough on entire experience.

Unfortunately it was raining that morning, but I had scheduled the morning off to get tires on my RV. The tech never complained about switching out the tires in the drizzling rain. I really appreciated the positive attitude he displayed while working in the less than ideal conditions.
