I have used them several times and have become my go to guys for my auto needs. This time it was my daughter’s vehicle, which she asked for a quote a week ago. They did not disappoint on price or time. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. I have just come to trust them in Conway, AR. to tell me what my car needs.

I have a history with Big O Tire that began when my daughter hard an urgent tire need while traveling out of state from Arkansas in Utah. Big O in Utah was fast and communicated with me quickly and clearly over the phone. They also went above and beyond by providing an alignment at no charge. Here in Arkansas Big O became my go to for maintenance, tires and brakes after having a bad experience with the local dealership. I’ve been using Big O Tires exclusively for 3 years now with no intent to go elsewhere. Great pricing and clear communication!

They were very accommodating. Listened to my problem. They serviced me promptly. I needed a tire looked at and repaired. They also found the wheel was bent out of shape. They told me about the problem and tried to pound out the misshape. Please note my wheel has been bent out of shape for at least 3 years. I have my tires rotated on a regular bases and all the different service places I took my car they all reported the bend of my wheel to me but no one offered to try to straighten the wheel. Big O Tire is the first place that offered the do something about a simple problem. Thank you.
