Big O Tires

Kyle and the guys went above and beyond in helping me with my tire and service needs. They knew that I couldn't leave work so they came and picked my car up and brought it back to me. This is the second time that I have purchased tiers there and both times everyone has been outstanding!

They were so fast and efficient and gave us a decent price for tires and extended warranty protection and roadside assistance. They do great quality work at a decent price.

I came in after closing time with two flats...And I was told as long as they were there they would help me get tires fixed and get me back on the road. It did not take 15 minutes to do both tires. Since I was last customer of day they worked like pit crew to get me in and out...I don't know what I would have done without their help!

They are upfront, honest, and you can tell they understand their customers well. They are diligent in reaching & following up after every service.

This was a warranty claim for tires bought elsewhere. Kyle provided service as I had been longtime customer and stayed with it until the claim (Michelin) was completed. Great job!! Thank you Kyle!!

Repaired only the necessary things to repair. Did not force any additional work that may end up me paying more. Thoroughly checked my vehicle before releasing.

Always very friendly, knowledgeable and concerned about your needs. Will not do work that doesn't need done to try and make a buck, they will only recommend what needs to be done. Never leave there feeling like somebody tried to get to you. GREAT folks.

I was very pleased with my service until next time good job

Walked in and was helped almost immediately. They rebalanced the wheels and checked a few other things on the car to make sure that the balance was all that was causing the vibration. They then test drove it to make sure everything was in working order. The whole process probably only took them like 30 or 40 minutes tops.
