Wonderful service! Very friendly staff. We showed up 20 minutes before close and they got us back on the road with a full set of tires, staying late for us.

So glad there is Big O here!! They genuinely cared and worked with me to get the Jeep ready for a long trip. I feel confident in the staff that worked on the Jeep and grateful for their time spent on making sure I was safe to go.

The guys at Big O are the best. They are vary professional from start to finish. From the moment you walk in till your car/truck in finished. Then I get a text the next day to make sure everything went well. Most people don't care anymore after you leave but Big O does. That is why they have my business and will have as long as they are there.

The service was very professional. The only complaint I have is regarding the rebates. I got an email stating I would get a 175$ rebate and after all was said and done, when I applied for the rebates, it only added up to 125$.

Intended to schedule tire installation and it was immediately available for service.

This Big O Tires site has always been friendly, asking how I’ve been doing, asking if there is anything else I need for the car. And if there was any problem they see that I didn’t notice they will tell me.
