Big O Tires

I appreciated the honesty from Kyle. He was hesitant to tell me what was wrong with my van, but I took that as a good sign because he kept finding things really, I think without looking. He didn't want to give me all of the bad news. He said that he wanted to be as honest with me as possible. I appreciated his candidness and willingness to work with me when I first came in. I would definitely recommend these guys, as a matter of fact, I told my daughters to take their cars to Big O when they needed something done. (I did not opt to get my van fixed, because it was not worth what it was going to cost, I went and traded for another car). Kyle could have done the work and just charged me, he didn't look at it from a standpoint of losing a sale, he understands that repeat business is how he will stay open. He has won my business because of his honesty!!

I love going to y'all shops, and this is one of my favorite, i drive about an hour and a half just to get my car look at by these people cause i trust them, and they have amazing prices when there is something that needs to be done.

Ive had all 3 of my vehicles in for tire replacement, servicing, and mechanical work, the service and workmanship has always been top notch! The estimations have always been spot on! I have known about Big O tires since the 1970s living in Utah and was glad to get one here.

They beat a really big store price.. and the tire looks better.. the front desk guy was also much nicer, and seem to want to sell me this tire... unlike the big tle across the road..
