Staff is courteous, friendly and unfailingly professional. When the need for unplanned repairs was discovered, I was promptly consulted and given an estimate. I will be doing business with Big O Tires in the future.

I dealt with Patrick, who explained what they would look for in the diagnostics, the price, and the cause of the issues. The repairs were completed faster than expected, and our car ran better than it has in months. Very pleased overall, and will recommend to family and friends.

The oil change was done quickly! And the employee told me it was fine to leave my car there. When I returned, they were very quick to get my bill paid and I was out the door!

Tire sidewall received damage due to a pothole. Josh took a look at all the tires and gave me several options. Even getting late in the day on a friday, they took the time to check and correct the alignment. Very pleased.
