They installed a leveling kit on my truck, new tires and did a frontend alignment. The mechanics were very knowledgeable and completed the job in a timely manner. The manager, Kyle was very friendly and knew the ins and outs of what I was looking to accomplish. He was super friendly and very professional. Great job, guys!!

First time going to Big O Tires and Met Kyle very friendly guy worked extremely quickly to get me taken care of and they were super busy. Had an issue with the Credit Company but Kyle moved quickly to resolve it. I have already referred 5 people to them. Ill be using BOT for future business needs.

Have a set of aftermarket enkei wheels with Yokohama tires. Had a different shop mount and balance them and they were completely out of balance. Took them to big O and they found that the previous shop didn’t do it right, then rebalanced them and they are flawless. I am very happy. Will be back.
