I came in with a low tire. They found a nail in the white wall where it could not be repaired but since my tires are under warranty I got a brand new one for only $18. I also got my tires rotated for free that comes with me having the big ole tire brand every 6,000 miles

Wonderful service as always, thank you for that. As a customer, you never leave feeling like you're being taken advantage of, or that your car is not a priority. It is a welcoming and friendly environment - great job! The only thing I might note is that a couple times I've left with my car and it looks like dirty hands (understandably) have been handling the vehicle, leaving marks on the doors and wheel. A small detail in the scheme of things for sure, I just wanted to bring it to your attention. Top notch people.

I had brake issues. They looked at my brakes and thought it was in need of a full replacement. When they took it all apart they realized it was just a simple brake adjustment. They let me know and it was out very quickly.

I was treated with kindness and professionalism. As a matter of fact its the best tire service I ever experience.

You sold a good tire at a good price, something I could afford. Also brought to attention the alignment was needing correcting. The new tires would have worn away to soon. I will be returning to make purchases in the future.

Our town sustained a major power outage and my initial appointment didn’t happen due to the lack of power. As soon as power was restored I was contacted by the team at Big O and my service was completed immediately!!! GREAT GROUP!!!!!
