My massage professional first asked what areas I'd like to focus on and then made sure to pay attention to them. He checked in with my satisfaction during the massage and made sure I received the relief I sought.

My (tech) Hannah was is the BEST! She made feel very comfortable & safe, she also had great knowledge of products, and suggested what I should do for my problem areas (face). She was very professional and friendly (I felt very safe, while I was receiving my facial). Hannah will be my person for my next facials & the future visits.

My membership is at Havertown I prefer to go to Bala Cynwyd because they are friendlier and welcoming. I was going to cancel my membership until I started going to bala.
