The individual therapist was highly knowledgeable, and recognized the need to change the category of my service because I misunderstood the definition of deep tissue massage and what it would mean for me

Elisa is a wonderful esthetician who always remembers my skin concerns and personal details from one visit to the next. She doesn’t try to upsell me on products or services that I don’t need, but certainly recommends great services and products that are relevant and helpful for me. Staff is always friendly and accommodating!

I have had serveral massage with you company and I was disappointed and dissatisfied. Noone helped me with this problem or issue. I was about to quit my membership until I met Henry at the city line ave location and he really changed my mind with his overall knowledge. I will keep my membership as long he's available.

I have been a customer of Hand and Stone for over 13 years, and visited regular at one location until my favorite massage therapist left the location. So for the last 3 years I’ve been going from different locations trying to find a massage therapist as good as the person I had for years, but never really found that. However today was my first visit to the City Line Avenue location and the massage therapist Mike was amazing. You can tell he knows his trade and applied it in the best way. My massage was excellent and he covered all the areas I wanted to have taken care of and I walked out of that location very satisfied. I haven’t had any pain since and will definitely return again. Thank you Mike, job well done!!!

The place was very inviting, clean. the receptionist they were very knowledgeable,the experience was very good and relaxing, the therapist was gentle and had a calming voice which help me too relax .

I was greeted warmly. My appointment time was kept on target . My massage therapist was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Too many questions

It was everything that I expected. Dana was amazing and intuned to my body's needs. She was professional and thorough, and I left feeling very relaxed.
