Michel immediately came over to help me find the right mattress. She listened attentively and ran me through the diagnostic test. She was happy to answer all of my questions.

Michel the lady instore colleague at your Huntingdon branch was an absolute joy, as was Sally. Michel was not over salesy which we appreciate but her knowledge led us to the perfect mattress. Our house is being renovated, our bedroom and kitchen are basically building sites, these lovely ladies offered us a cup of tea or coffee and were so kind. The store was warm and airy, lovely and clean. The delivery time was awesome. We could have had our purchase within a week but we had to put it back a few weeks to enable completion of works in the house. I like the fact the mattress is all natural, no plastics, hand made in the UK. Fully sustainable meams UK supply chain ensures employment for local people along that chain. I wanted the absolute best in class mattress I could afford. Having a fused spine after an accident years ago and don't sleep well, so this is possibly the most important health and wellbeing purchase I can and have made for 15 years! Looking forward to receiving my mattress. My headaches will stop, my back and neck wont ache, Ill sleep properly. Thanks to Michel and Sally for their expert advice and kindness.

We were greeted by a staff member on entering the store who asked if we were looking for anything specific - once we explained we were shown the relevant items - everything was explained and we liked what we saw and how we were dealt with so we placed the order - we were even happier when we found out how soon we could get it delivered too although I am still waiting for the delivery time to be advised as it should be coming tomorrow - we were so pleased we ended up ordering two beds and bedside cabinets too which is a bonus for Dreams too - looking forward now to receiving the items

Sally listened to what it was we were looking for and explained all of the options, including different styles, colours and lifting options carefully to ensure the best possible frame for our needs would be the one we chose.

As soon as we walked in the door Michel the assistant asked us if we needed help. She was very knowledgeable and professional from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. The whole experience was excellent.

We were helped by Sally 368 who approached us when we arrived and gave us the information we requested. Sally explained that the technology that is available in-store to assess the correct bed for us was available so we followed the full procedure. She then showed us the beds that she had established would be suitable for us, invited us to try each one and we then chose the one we preferred. Easy, quick and both staff we interacted with were pleasant and friendly.

Very efficient staff, polite and helpful. Left alone to decide on options.

Very knowledgeable, approachable and friendly staff who also weren't too pushy and gave us time to revisit the mattresses on display and make a choice on our own.

Excellent assistance fantastic help from Michel, Headboard being delivered in a week. Couldn’t ask for more.
