This hotel was very nice an clean. Was very happy with all the staff an the customer service was awesome. Will stay here again.

The bath tub would not drain very good.

Well first the pillows were shaped like squares 3small ones on a bed. We asked if they had regular pillows or extra pillows and said no and no extras at all. Then the beds were supposed to bed queen and they said they were but we use queen at home and these were not queen. Then it started to rain and our ceiling started to leak... Bad and on our suit case. We went and told them and they asked how many days we were staying and since it was only that night they said oh ok. No offer of a new room. I told them I was worried about the ceiling because there was a bulge on the crease of the ceiling. But clearly did not even want to look at it. I was clearly disappointed and they did not care. So no we won't be back unless someone answered our concerns and makes it right. 314-630-9252.
