I called ahead to reserve my room. Telling them I would be in between 10p-11p.When I arrived at Super 8, the door to the lobby was locked, no one was at counter & no one answered the phone when I called. I waited 5 minutes and was about to leave. Then a car pulled up & a man unlocked the door. He said he had to take someone home. He acted as if I should have known that. He was not apologetic nor did he thank me for my patience.
