Great customer service! Was pleased with hotel cleanliness!

There were bugs in the bathroom in the room. The air conditioner was off when we got there even though I had previously booked the room. The room was extremely hot and took a long time to cool down. The hot and cold water in the sink where backwards which ended up causing us to burn ourselves.
