Sheraton Memphis Downtown Hotel

Staff is very friendly and the hotel is clean. Nice pool and fitness room.

My daughter is a St Jude patient. The Tri Delta Place was full so they made these accommodations for us.

Everyone at the hotel was fantastic Charles behind the bar was very pleasant fix my food quickly the woman to clean my room was fantastic the room was immaculate everyone including the front desk was great by the way did I mention how great Charles was? He made me feel very comfortable even though I was by myself.

Clean, great atmosphere, up to date decor, good wifi. Need options besides pork in club lounge for breakfast.

Only complaint... the clerk checking me in tried to downgrade the room I booked 4 months in advance, from a king to a room with double full sized, I told him I booked a king, he tried to say they were all booked. I informed him that I had booked a king... Again, he said they were all booked. The first room was dirty, so My wife went back down and started to complain and asked for a manager... He mysteriously found a king sized room then. Other than that, the rest of the staff was super friendly and helpful.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable clean rooms. Further from downtown than we expected. But would recommend staying to others.

The trolly service is down. I commented to the staff that it is still listed available on the website. Staff was very unfriendly in response to my comment. Rude...
