The bartender stated she will be there until at least 1 am. It was New Years and it was closed around 10:30. I understand it was dead at the time, but she knew it would get busier once people began returning from the concert and other events. We even had an open tab and told her we would return by 11. This seems unacceptable. We also were told by the attendant in the club room that it was closed, despite the fact that there is a sign that states it is open 24 hours. The staff at the Sheraton did not seem to want to work. I will not be staying here again.
