Sheraton Phoenix Downtown Hotel

The room was ok. It was a handicapped accessible room because that is what was available. The negative was the bathroom. There was zero counter space. There was a small 5" wide X 12.6" long shelf only. Whoever stays in that room needs more shelf or counter space. That was ridiculous. The restaurant was the worse. Service was terrible and the breakfast buffet had cold potatoes, cold bacon , cold sausage.

Poor customer service

I didn't get a room until 6pm on my check in day. After a very long day of travel, not being able to check into a room made it a bad day.
