Awesome place

I enjoy visiting hotels that have unions. I would not step foot at the Hyatt. I held my business meeting inside the restaurant where I was greeted nicely and was given friendly service. I would definitely consider having another meeting there

The surrounding Phoenix area had a lot to do but was a bit more run down than I expected.

The hotel was amazing. All of the employees seemed passionate about their work and happy to help guests.

Great rooms

The room was ok. It was a handicapped accessible room because that is what was available. The negative was the bathroom. There was zero counter space. There was a small 5" wide X 12.6" long shelf only. Whoever stays in that room needs more shelf or counter space. That was ridiculous. The restaurant was the worse. Service was terrible and the breakfast buffet had cold potatoes, cold bacon , cold sausage.

It was fine but menu changes keep getting worse and worse and the dates are now ridiculous 4 that's it
