very nice hotel. Staff were extremly polite and friendly. I had problems printing a document but as soon as I asked for help from the staff they took care of my problem. Good location, downtown Ft Worth was a fun experience. I am definetly staying here again.

The temperature needs to be better regulated.

Our bathroom sink didn't drain properly. There was very little water pressure in the shower.
