Bathrooms where very dirty with paper towels all over the floor after lunch time. Several conferences going on and no one took care of the restrooms

First of all most of food was terrible and slow and got an undercooked burger! I also felt bar was very slow and unfriendly staff. I dine out a lot and feel this was subpar. Finally there was a fire alarm at 230 am and i was frightened. I could not hear the staff on the PA and did not know what was happening! We. All in our group were wondering what to do. Finally the atrium and inconsiderate people should be addressed by more security stopping children running and drunks acting like idiots at midnite.
