Everything was great except the result of the game other than that it was a great experience

Services where slow taking orders and had to wait two separate lines for ice cream because they didn't advertise they where out of ice cream. Attendant guarding strike zone wouldn't allow us in on the end even with presentation of tickets. Sadly my husband was in a boot that restricted his walking.... Totally unacceptable behavior.
