First of all, I must start by saying oh we have been loyal customer master years. We love Marriott. But upon entering this hotel we encountered our first BAD stay at a Marriott. First off, there was one at the front desk to greet us and we had to wait several minutes to check in. The room we were given was old and cluttered and not entirely clean. There is garbage in the trashcan and dirty tissues under the bed. Bathroom had mildew growth hand dust buildup on the floorboard molding. The most outrageous thing we encountered however, was when there were no blankets for the pullout couch. We called the front desk twice to be told blankets were on the way. After about an hour of waiting, I went to the front desk in my pajamas only to be told they were out of blankets because hotel was at max capacity. I was told that some would be washed and delivered. This never happened. I had to go to the car to a used stadium blanket for my daughter to sleep with. Totally unacceptable!! I have also contacted Marriott customer service through email and have not heard back. I am so disappointed and Marriott right now.
