Ramada Anaheim West

The front desk people were very nice and helpful. But the rooms were old and not appealing. The only thing we liked about the room was it had enough space for 4 people and the beds were comfortable.

Very disappointed with the person who was doing the continental breakfast was very ugly with customers on pushing them to the side when they would be doing the waffles my husband had ask for mike for the coffee and her response was oh I can bring anything out no more some time it's sad to see those kind of people working

Room was clean but smelled funny. Staff was nice but breakfast was not stocked until about 8 am. Also free wifi was a joke and didn't work.
