The front desk personnel did not know what she was doing. We had requested a king size bed when we made the reservation and called in to ask if any were available. She said our room would be ready by the time we got there, and that we would get a king bed. I got there and the room was not ready yet, and she did not guarantee a king bed. She said it would be ready within 30 to 45 minutes, so I left and came back an hour and a half later. The room was still not ready, and she could not give us a king bed. She had to call house keeping to make sure the room was ready. Finally, 10 minutes later, she gave us our room. I got in the room and the TV and microwave did not work. I decided to just stick it up and use the room for the night and switch out the rooms the next day. The lady at the front desk was not knowledgable about the hotel. She didn't know when the checkout time was. She kept apologizing for not knowing things because she usually works night shift. But that is no excuse, because every employee needs to know the basic information. I was highly dissatisfied with the stay and the hotel.
