Good customer service

Best value on Clearwater Beach; but I only park there now when I go to the beach.

I used to stay there before I bought my condo, and I saved my parking pass. I go there to park for free when I go to the beach!

Very nice

Great stay, only problem I experienced was the beach guys Umbrella drilling mechanism. Very obnoxious and unfriendly to the environment.

Staff was nice & had a nice time

Security guard was rude. Allowed other guests to bring coolers onto the beach area yet would not let us bring ours. When we complained to the staff they did nothing about it

1. Parking is non existent. There is room for 2-3 cars to pull in front of hotel for valet parking. They take your car 1/2 mile away for parking. Every time you need something out of car or to go somewhere, no car. Have to wait. Parking $15 per day plus tons of tips to valet just to get and put up car. 2. The ceiling in the lobby is SO low, I can reach my hand up and touch the ceiling. I'm 5'4" tall. I felt very claustrophobic in the lobby. 3. I booked online and asked for a view of water. I got a view of a construction site. 4. The whole atmosphere in the hotel is weird. I didn't feel safe. Even my daughter and husband felt the same way. Something just not right. 5. Front desk staff VERY nice and friendly.

The staff was rude, the room smelt like a musty old mop!
