My favourite hotel!

Absolutely lovely hotel and room. Room was very spacious and bed was very comfortable

Lovely hotel, although the prices for ancillaries (food, drinks, etc) was a little high. Overall had a great stay.

It took a long time to check in and there was some confusion with the reservation, but the hotel is very nice and clean with a good atmosphere and convenient location

Quality of the rooms were lacking, wallpaper peeling off the walls, uncomfortable beds, chipped baseboards, cracking doors

Room wasn't ready, bell desk wasn't helpful, put on hold when calling concierge - hung up after 5 minutes - no basic wifi included, very expensive for the less than expected experience. The website gave me high expectations...I was disappointed.
