Gym needed additional equipment

The pullout bed had rice in it and the mattresses were worn out. Thier was no exhaust fan in bathroom.

Pool was extremely cold

While there are room was not cleaned on one day. We were gone for the full day and couldn't quite understand why it wasn't cleaned. While there we also had issues with the shower. Extremely high temperature of water could have led to Burns for a young child much less an adult. Evening manager did come to our room when it wasn't cleaned. Offered extra points but we never heard anything there after. Very disappointed because six years ago we had paid for all of our family and friends to stay at this location due to our son's wedding. We never recommend places unless we are truly satisfied. It reflects on our standards
