We were greeted by Kieran from the Bournemouth store who instantly gave us a warm welcome to the store and asked if we needed any assistance. Initially we described the bed we were looking for and Kieran began to show us a variety of options which suited our original description. Throughout the process of purchasing the bed, Kieran was extremely helpful, personable and friendly. People buy from people and he made the experience of purchasing a bed easy and simple. He took away any stresses and ensured that we were happy with the product we chose and comfortable in making the purchase. We were initially quoted 8-12 weeks for delivery slot which we accepted given the current climate. However, we received a text today (02/01/21) that the bed will be delivered next week. This is fantastic news and we can’t wait to enjoy our new bed. We can’t express how thankful we are to Kieran for helping us find our dream bed and the fantastic assistance he provided. We will be returning to Dreams on Bournemouth for any products required in the future. We’ll also be recommending friends and family to shop here also!

Great advice, liked the sleep test machine and appreciated the staff members patience and knowledge as my partner and I had different tastes so took some compromising to reach a conclusion

Very friendly staff and knowledgeable staff, who went above and beyond. Spectacular customer service and absolutely no complaints or anything negative to say about any employees. Enjoyed the complementary tea and coffee. The mechanical bed to determine the best match for us was great.

Kieran was very accomodating and very helpful. Very knowledgable of all the products he showed us he also offered us coffee/tea or water wherever we were in store.

Keiran was really friendly and helpful as soon as we walked into the store. We had a pretty good idea of what we wanted and he was able to show us everything and give advice. He clearly knows his job and gave the right amount of sales pitch while being friendly and helpful. Overall it made what had previously been an overwhelming experience an easy and pleasant one.

When I walked in I was approached straight away! I was given the opportunity to look around myself, and then when needed , I had the assistance. Everything was well explained, especially when I had a specific kind of bed I was looking for! I also liked the fact of being given as much time as I wanted, to make the right decision on my matress! This had to be something I needed to get right, and there was no pressure. .

The man who served us was amazing and the products were just what we were looking for
