We were greeted with a lovely smiling assistant called Laura. We used the sleep match machine wow ! Laura made us drinks, there was no rushing,we could go back at any time to try a different mattress. We al so brought new pillows.

Laura was incredible. Took time to help us and explained everything well. Looked after us, offered drinks, did the dreams sleep test. She really took the time to help us pick the bed and matress we needed. Cannot recommend highly enough

We also purchased new pillows on the staff recommendations which we are also highly satisfied with. We were very impressed with the sleep match system which helped us select the correct mattress. While completing the order we were offered drinks which was also a very nice touch. Great experience. Your shop in Bournemouth is next door to Bensons which we also did visit on the day, but we’ve soon realised that Siobhan and the rest of the team were miles ahead with their professionalism and consequently that is why we decided on Dreams.
